Who processes your data
additivedays.com is maintained by B2N ("we"), the organiser of Additive Days. For any personal-data questions: hello@additivedays.com.
What we collect
The site is static and requires no account. We do not collect personal data automatically. We process personal data only when you send it to us voluntarily — for example when you email us to register interest, propose a partnership, or ask a question. In that case we process your name, email address and the content of your message.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
Solely to answer your enquiry and to send you the event information you asked for. The legal bases under Article 6 GDPR are: taking steps at your request prior to taking part in the event (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence we receive and organising the event (Art. 6(1)(f)). Providing your data is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement — it is entirely voluntary; without it we simply cannot reply to you.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing, and we carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.
Recipients
Correspondence is accessible only to the B2N team and to the providers that technically handle it as processors: our email provider and the site's hosting provider. Where such a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this happens under the Chapter V GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to organise the event, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise any right, write to hello@additivedays.com — we respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Sofia 1592, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., www.cpdp.bg) — or with the authority of the EU member state where you live or work.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to correspondence is limited to the people handling it. No data protection officer is designated — the scale and nature of the processing do not require one.
Hosting and server logs
The site's hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and technical maintenance.
